Hi, I’m Abiola Sulaiman — founder of Biola Consulting Solutions.

I started this firm to help organizations solve tough public policy, strategic planning, and organizational transformation challenges, especially in high-stakes, high-impact sectors. I'm passionate about making systems work better for people, and I bring clarity, speed, and strategic foresight to every engagement.

With a decade of experience across government, regulatory agencies, and mission-driven organizations, I bring insider knowledge of how decisions get made, and how to move them forward.

I’ve worked in the Ontario Public Service, supported major transformations like Ontario One Call’s evolution into a regulatory authority, and advised on strategy, stakeholder relations, and operational improvement.

My background includes community research, health policy, and executive strategy, and I’ve led everything from grassroots outreach to board-level planning.
